Field Notes is a personal place for Christopher Mori’s cool ideas, experiments, workflows, progress reflections, and useful things that do not have a natural home elsewhere.

It is intentionally separate from ChristopherMori.com. The journal is less about presenting finished work and more about preserving the thinking that makes future work possible.

How the work moves

Christopher sets the brief, chooses the lanes, critiques what comes back, and keeps raising the bar. Agents extend the amount of ground he can cover; they do not secretly replace the directing or the taste.

What belongs here

• An experiment and the question it was designed to answer.
• A workflow that became clearer after being written down.
• An implementation detail that might save someone else an hour.
• A progress reflection that distinguishes what changed from what is still unknown.
• A small idea worth keeping even if it never becomes a project.

Editorial promise

Entries can be unfinished, but they should not be careless. Facts stay separate from inference. Illustrative material is labeled. Private client details, unsupported claims, and invented proof do not belong here. When an entry changes substantially, its state and date should make that visible.
